Beacon is part of The Good Movement – Omnia Ad Bonum, initiatives under OpusAI, LLC dedicated to spreading goodness, mindfulness, and faith through light, sound, and reflection.

7. Children’s Privacy

Beacon is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will delete it promptly.

8. International Data Transfers

Beacon is operated from the United States. Your data may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other locations where our service providers operate. By using Beacon, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information under the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

YouTube

Beacon uses YouTube to display and play video content. When you interact with YouTube content within the app, Google may collect information in accordance with its own policies. Your use of YouTube content is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Base44

Beacon uses Base44 for hosting, analytics, and data processing related to content delivery and performance. Base44 may receive non-identifiable technical data and usage metrics to help us deliver a fast and reliable experience. For more information, refer to the Base44 Privacy Policy.

Shopify

Our external faith-based store is powered by Shopify. If you purchase products through our store, Shopify processes your customer and payment data directly. Beacon itself does not store or process your payment card information. For details, see the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Once we verify your request, we will delete your personal data stored by OpusAI, LLC within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days), unless retention is required by law.

Data held by third-party processors (such as YouTube/Google, Base44, or Shopify) will be deleted or anonymized according to their own policies and legal obligations.

12. Advertising ID and Cookies

Beacon does not collect or use the Android Advertising ID for personalized advertising or tracking. We do not run in-app advertising networks inside Beacon.
